Eh, posted a timeline but here's a quickie update on the difference of 5 months with your hair knotted really short.

day 2 of dreadlocks (with wax, blegh)

5 months of dreadlocks (most wax gone)

Say....think it's normal that only like 3 or 4 have loops at 5 months, and none have congo'd nor blunted at this time...or has the wax I never gotten rid of raped my dreadlocks?

You're lucky seany, with short locks you don't get so much shrinkage and you get to see them grow sooner.
Yours have grown loads

Mine had shrunk to less than half their original length emoticon

I want them to grow!!

And yeah, mine have only seemed to shrink width wise, although I measued some hair (yes I'ma freak) and it was 6-7 inches...whereas my dreads are 4-5 inches. But it's all good

I agree, I never knew thye grew THAT much....but damn, half size? My friends haven't shrunk too much since we did his 4 months ago, but then again yours are much longer, his hair was like 10 inches in the beginning.
