im pretty sure congos weigh as much as if they were not congod emoticon it's like having rocks in separate bags- they would weigh the same if they were in the same bag. at least i think so... :mic:

it´s heavy at times because it´s a lot of hair being pulled on not-that-big of a spot. you could have, let´s say, a half pound of hair from dreads all over your head, or you could have a half pound in just two large dreads. all the weight shift from all over your head to just part of your head. that´s why it hurts.

especially when water logged or when shaking them around. also, the way the roots grow and support/pull from the size and weight of the lock can affect if they hurt or not.
