i'm sorry.

and i did an acv rinse once, i have no intention of ever doing that again dealing with that nasal diarrhea.

momentaum, why don't you use dr. bronners? there are variations for your needs.

or try diluting your shampoo, and rinsing well.

also, i don't know what stage your hair is in, however i would begin training your scalp for LESS washes. in turn it will produce less oils each time.. less dirt will be attracted.. less GUNK.

no matter what shampoo i use, i dilute it, (9 parts water, 1 shampoo) . i sometimes experience scalp issues when the seasons change. usually changing shampoo and a few extra/ fewer washes, depending on weather its dandruff or oil, does the trick.

I usually Dilute ACV and put it in a spray bottle, and then just go crazy on my scalp with it, never had dandruff or build up ever since, kept everything smooth and clean.

I do this about every time I wash my Hair, which really isn't all that often, very effective.

Ok, well, I'll help you out one last time, since you seem too dense to grasp the obvious, and simple concept:

No one can know ones hair like their own self. (Which is why I recommended to formulate their own washing schedule and habits.) So while "several weeks" may work for some people, for others, that is simply too much time. I train every day. If I went for a couple of weeks (and I have, thanks) my head would be nasty. I post this for those that are interested in getting help.

As for the rest?

You're a *****. A little female *****.

A. You are stupid. Too stupid to realize that I am offering good advice to the poster. Stupidity is definitely a ***** trait.

B. You cry. A lot. Like a schoolgirl. Wah! I don't like this poster's comment, or that... or the other thing. WAH! BOOO HOOO WHOOOOO poor Adam the ***** disagrees... You're worse than my mom or my GF dude!!!

****, no wonder everyone on this site hates you. I've even tried to defend you in the past because I think you can be humorous in your approach. But you're too dumb to even recognize that!!! I can't think of anything more pathetic.

Actually, I can think of one thing more pathetic, and that is 'oneloveonefart' pretending to be rasta. But even with that, he's just dumb. He clearly doesn't know any better. He's just ignorant. You on the other hand, you DO know better. Which makes you aggressive without reason. Just like a little *****. And that is what makes you the more pathetic. LOOOOOL

you know you've lost an internet argument when:

1) you have to type multi-paragraph, term paper-sized posts explaining yourself

2) you resort to personal attacks of "you're a *****" to "prove" a point

3) your post contains a BIG LOOOOOOL when what you typing ain't even funny

4) all of the above

you are in no postition to tout yourself as a person to be calling me a "*****".

spend less time typing with your vagina on KL and more time out in the real world and maybe you could hold a relationship, "*****".
