You may be an "african at heart" in accordance with the revised rasta church laws..., but you cannt by definition be a true rasta ever. Just like you cannot be a black muslim. It's physically impossible.
Anyone who tells you otherwise has strayed. Check the ethiopian orthodox church definition of rastafarian. That's the seed.
