August 7th & 8th
Well, I attempted to race on Friday, August 7th at Bloomington Speedway, but the rain won the battle. However, that was not a bad thing, because the track was too wet to begin with and I struggled in my heat race. We were slated to start on the second row of the B-main, but got rained out instead.
Saturday, we went to Lincoln Park Speedway. Finished 4th in the heat and started on the 6th row of the feature. Unfortunately, I lost my right front tire on lap 2 and had to pull out for a 19th place finish.
Please watch the postings for upcoming events for where we will be racing on Saturday nights. We will be trying out some different tracks rather than running at Lincoln Park Speedway.
