web page?
athron mentioned in an email that we need a simple front end page.
im not an html guru but i know enough to get something that looks decent up pretty quick.
things ill need are:
a host to put it on(if you want a domain name etc.
some pictures/graphics and what info you want.

Hey I emailed Athron but since you guys are posting stuff I thought I'd tell you too. My Dad does anything pretty much with computers and could probably help if we needed it. So if you two would like two more brains for this mad scientist project I think it could be pretty ba.

AWESOME, we got help!
Before anyone goes running off into their mad laboratory coding away, let's figure out exactly what we want this webpage to be:
(1) Requiring relatively little maintenance. Sorry, no "individual members" photo section, its a pain to keep updated. We can create a "Legacy" Flickr account of something, and link to it from there. We can have a folder in Flcikr specifically for pics of individual members. It *would* be cool if the main page could be updated remotely (logging in from any computer, sort of like a blog page, just so we can keep things updated if there is any news ... the out-of-date Eryndor website shows how much a pain it is to keep things updated when there is no dynamic way to access the website easily).
(2) Contact information for Legacy members in various geographic regions, so interested people can contact the right Legacy person in their backyard.
(3) A nice, brief description, both "storywise" and "mundane-wise" of what we are (re: Crusaders of the Continent fighting against Maegamarth / a unit of Eryndor based on the original tenants of Eryndor and blah, blah, blah"
(4) A link to Eryndor's main site, our message board, and Dagorhir's website. Also a prominent link to Eryndor battles, Dagorhir battles, and Eryndor practices.
(5) A FEW key pictures illustrating who we are as a group (let's see if we can dig up 5 or 6 pics we all really like to put on the site)
(6) Our symbol.

That sounds just about right Athron. I did reply to his e-mail regarding the webpage, so if you too need anything, feel free to ask and ill see how I can help.
On that, I have been looking at a few domain registies. I also have been looking into getting access from Oakland University. All students get a certain amount of webspace. We may be able to use that for the Legacy site.

Are you guys capable of pow-wowing together via e-mail or phone? There doesn't seem to be much reason to slow this process down, if you guys can come togetehr and agree on a plan of attack and a general outline, I don't see why this ball can't get rolling... thank you for helping!
