Legacy Events! For the 2009 Season!
May 9th Legacy Day Event
October 10th Day Event Legacy/Thieves Guild
The E-boards should have the rest of the schedule posted soon. So start thinking about these events.

I think you mean October instead of September. The Senegal's have the September 12th event.

Hey I think we should have a meeting oh lets say before like the month of the event or so. I'm willing to have a meeting at my house but i'm in south so I know that wouldn't work some others. Also I had some plans for a few scenario battles with a story-line as well just throwing some stuff out there. Let's get on this LoL before the last minute to make this event and the other one AMAZING!!!

I agree with Brock on that. However, we should try to meet up around the end of March, so that would give us plenty of time to get everything planed.
Also, if we were to have this meeting somewhere in South or Middle, and anyone up in North would need a ride, I can help out. I am in the middle of North and Middle, and I don't mind driving down to Toledo if we need too. Lets get this going, so we can have a number of great events this year.

I say lets just set a date either for February or March now. That way we have plenty of time to get the date off that we need to and can figure out ride situations as well. So what works best for everyone else???? Don't forget though in March we have Ides so if we want to do it around that we have to make sure people can get two weekends in a row off.

North Legacy Consist of mostly people who work and are not very consistent at comming to practice. And myself.
I will start getting on the cases of F-bomb, Zafthah, Kaliyah, and Stone.
If at all possible, I will try and bring some new peeps (we dont have much of those up here) that would be interested in joining LoL to the meeting. Getting them involved in event planning may get them all the more hyped up about dagorhir.

Zafthan and I at least still pay attention to the boards, we just don't have schedules that are conducive to being able to go to practices. We definitely still want to be active participants in helping the chapter out, practices just aren't going to be possible for me until I get a new job.

Ok. So north is struggling I understand and some areas will have their struggles maybe we should have a practice up there to help show people what its like to fight.
On the otherside I think for the meeting we should have two, one for getting things started and one for finishing touches. I would like to see one around Ides time but if a little later thats cool too. But lets get something going for this event.
