ooo...so i thought the may event was a campout...do we have any campouts to help run this year?

and march works for me as for the meeting date...

And i have 2 tabards as well

also, planning weapons and tabard making day sometime soon for the ut club...but obviously used for eryndor in general as well

and all great points torm posted about the meeting, i can get the place whenever we decide where the event will be ...ottawa park was great in handling our event and the pavilion was awesome , other parks shouldnt be a problem either for securing battle fields.

OH!

biggest topic of all for me ...

the money...im holding the money from the last event with receipts and deposited the other half into our eryndor accounts,

but the question is...should legacy have a bank account as well? and who will manage that?...will it be a rep or a separate delegated person?...all good points to discuss at the meeting!

Well I just recently found out that I won't be able to make it. I have a wedding I have to go to and completely forgot about it. I will however write up a proposal on what I think of the current things mentioned on this forum and then give it to someone for the meeting. But lets get a place for the meeting and not let this slide by.

Does anyone have space that is kind of central for everyone???

As of right now, I am working 3/28 but I can work on getting the day off if it works for everyone else.

Ok everyone, we are going to have to start getting this set in stone now. It looks like we have a few places that we can have the meeting at, and the time frame for it as well.

Noroko said that her house is available in the Toledo area. My house is also available in the Livonia/West Detroit area. If need be, we could try to find a place in the Monroe area as well. That seems to be a good half way point for everyone between Bowling Green and Oakland U. If we pick Monroe, a resturant would be a good place for it.

Now, for those up at Oakland U. If we do decide to have it in Monroe, or Toledo, I can offer my car for rides. I can fit 4 more people in there if needed.

This is something that we need to get on the ball. Everyone who plans on attending, try to think of what you want to bring up in the meeting, and ways that will help us as a whole of Legacy. Also, any ideas for the events that we are going to be running.

Lets get going Legacy.
