Oct. 10th!
hey guys, our event prep is comin down to the wire here
i had brinya go ahead and post a short flyer on every board just to get the word out, and we can go back and add things to it later
with that said, wheres everyone at in their preparation?
ed and i will be working with fury this weekend, so most things are covered over all
mith, i just to need to talk battles with you so we can get those posted
and im getting the database from vlad for brinya
North legacy, if you see this, is it possible you could send me the address of OU, which field we will be at, and a map link?
i think thats it for now, hope everyone is gettin all the ball for this.
p.s. ed has a ton of black fabric for orc tabards and i have the weapons scale in case you guys were looking for that.

P.P.S. Where are we on after party for the event? anybody?
fury mentioned a spot in clarkston? i believe ...sorta rustic farm area with bonfire...if its doable, i think thatd be cool.
otherwise, what are our back-ups?

Should we/Could we maybe have a quick status meeting this weekend? A conference line or teamspeak or just meet in a chat room somewhere... Just for a status meeting for where everyone is????

cool, arias sent it to me fairion.
status meeting is ok, but we are basically good to go, i sent you guys progress on the event ...the only people we need to stay in contact with is fury and ed and i will be helpin them out this weekend
so if progress reports are just sent and updated that should be good right?
does anyone know where we are on after party though?

I'm attending a wedding this very day in Toledo. It is an evening wedding, and its incredibly unlikely that I'll be able to make any appearance which is incredibly sad. Wish you all the best.

Zafthan and I will not be able to make it to the event, we have a memorial for his great grandmother at 2pm, and my family is also having a big party for a couple of birthdays so we're going straight to that after the memorial. If there is an afterparty, however, we would love to attend, I have Sunday off work so I can sleep in. Keep us posted if you find out anything about that.
