I agree with this entirely, I always imagined us floating around a magic number of 2 dozen or so (less or more depending on the natural ebb and flow of a unit like us that has an open membership structure), I don't see us as in some competition to "keep up with the Jonses" with the other units that are trying to get huuuuuuggggeee.

I'm so glad you feel that way too Athron. It would be cool to have those other features but I feel every chapter should have a unit that is just kind of mellowed out and doesn't mind if people flip-flop around.

i do love this aspect too....but no matter how big or small...lets make it known we are a unit!...its ok to stay tight with members but many are beginning to call us the non-existant unit...i hope to discuss at the up coming meeting as well...
but i totally with you, brock and athron...
i was talkin to mithris and the one thing that stood out to me that he said was...i want the legacy to be known as the unit who gets people into eryndor ...the one that sanctifies the oneness...
and i thought...thats why we are here...to inspire new eryndorrim.

Right On Noroko. That is so inspiring... But you are so on there and I agree that legacy hasn't been much since the opener. When I talked to my recruit he said there were like 4 of us in the unit battle. I think this has to do with school and that our group is spread pretty thin right now throughout the areas. Plus we have a ton of vets in our unit who sadly to say have real jobs and require more of us than some other units. NOT saying they don't just saying our unit has more. This is just my perspective though and I know that once school is done I'll be back fighting every week. I think we should bring this up at the meeting though.

First, Noroko, "the one that sanctifies the oneness"... epic. i like it, i think we need that as a slogan 
Brock, I think Legacy will look different from other Eryndor units who have almost all their membership in a given back yard. There's going to be lots of events where we see only 4 or 6 or (whatever) Legacy members on the field, since we tend to have more adults (re: crappy real world jobs ) and people living in lots of places. We'll always look more like a national unit like the House Dregoth... where they are always pretty small except for when they all come together and rock it out at large, national events. In short, Legacy WILL represent at Ragnarok, for example
On the UPSIDE, if we accept this as a reality of our unit and plan around that, we're well-equipped to develop into the future... we're always all going to grow up and become "more adult-like"... and our unit will survive and do well since we've always known that is how our unit looks... this will be trickier for other units who will have to adapt to the reality of their members growing up / moving away.
And beside... sure we might not WIn lots of unit battles... but there IS something magical about that time where only 4 or 5 people are able to tear down 40 or 50 fighters before they fall

that was great athron....
i truly love our unit and understand most of yall are older and all across the board ...but that doesnt mean (like you said) that we wont represent at rag!...well make it sooo ba its ridiculous!
I just want to make it known..no matter how many fighters on the unit...be 2 or 10...we are a for serious unit! just because we all cant make it to every event doesnt mean wer are not there....lets all debunk this fact.

oh, and speaking of only 4 -5 fighters on da field 'thron....
olympics was great when we did the battle with just you, me, mith, and linwe ....we all instantly die 'cept you... you bust out and become the green power ranger and kill at least 7- 10 fighters single handed...now that my friend was epic!!!!....with me, linwe, and mith all singing...GO GO POWER RANGERS!!!!

That is so funny. Noroko next time I see you I want to hear the whole story. I totally agree with you athron I and I don't want to seem like I'm backing down or swaying in the wind with words but how you worded it was so much better. Plus it helps me to understand how we can be in the future. I thankyou again for your leadership it has always helped.

I'm only going to brag because that was literally the best fighting sequence I 've had in like 2 years (25 years old and my best fighting days are behind me.... sigh)... I actually killed about 6 other dudes before you guys noticed what was going on... so it was more like 15/16
