Hi - One option is to make a request through the FCP TALENT REGISTRY - just be sure to note that you are working on a budget and we can try to find someone for you willing to train for a reduced rate.
Otherwise, you can Request Video Tutorials FOR FREE though us here.
This will help you if you are using motion and require pointers or a concept shown to you...but please don't make a video request like "How do I use Motion?" :P
Having said that I am *considering* creating a series of online training videos to sell through this and other sites - I would love to hear what sort of questions you have about Motion so feel free to lay your thoughts out here on this thread.
