MY blog.

Douglass Blog

At the moment my lone post is mostly stuff I've already posted here (things to catch up friends and family). In the future it'll (hopefully) be more interesting.

Cool blog! Your kids are so cute and your house is adorable. May I make one suggestion, though? Your living room needs a couple of strategically placed tikis. JK...it's really pretty just the way it is. emoticon

strategic tiki placement is mandatory in the post 9/11 world.

Plus, Peter Brady would be so proud.

Yes...they serve as sentries AND they add a certain, oh, "je ne sais quoi" to any room.

Here's something to watch...

I have 2 questions.

1. Are any of your tikis named Oscar in honor of this episode?

2. Why to heck are they all wearing long pants and long sleeves in Honolulu? It averages 80 degrees there every day all year long. little details like that always bother me. My Aunt took me to see Disney on ice when I was 7. She was so annoyed with me because I complained the whole time that the trees had breathing holes, and why the heck are trees ice skating, anyway? And why didn't they change the Prince's costume when they went from Cinderella to Snow White to Sleeping Beauty? That was one busy prince...It also really bothered me that tehre was a pregnancy test in someone's luggage on LOST. Really, who would bring one in their suitcase?

Hmmm...I haven't named any of my tikis, but, if Vincent Price can do it, then so can I.

Apparently, the Bradys must always be covered up unless surfing. Long sleeves, long pants and...did you see all the polyester Mike, Carol and Alice are wearing? They must roast like pigs at a luau!

You crack me up, Mrs D. My son was like you when he was little. He was SO young when he asked me why the Easter Bunny at the Mall had a zipper on his back.

I've got pictures of food on my blog today.

Pirate--have you gotten any traffic from me? I put a link to yours, and I'm curious if any of my friends are actually looking at the sites I posted.

I get traffic from you at least once every day. I've got to get in there and edit my links to include yours.

(Thanks for the traffic. Now if only I can get comments.....)

You don't have to add the link if you don't want to--I really wasn't hinting at that, I swear! I was just genuinely curious if my friends ever bothered to look at any of the links. Of course I would love to have a link on your page, but only if you really want it there. All your other blog links are so much more entertaining than mine...
