Well, I'm not getting any where. I've fired off numerous emails, always kept the tone civil, but they don't seem too interested. I guess they know people are still gonna buy the product so people like me (us) are just considered an annoyance, that if ignored will go away.

I still think medicom are one of the top companies producing 1/6, but they are sinking in my estimations... you'd have thought with Hot Toys quite literally sprinting past them they might give a f**k!

personally i've not had any breakage problems yet but so far only 3 of my medis are out of their box. god forbid vader or my stormies are broken even before i play.

do you think you might get an answer if you send the letter in again in japanese. if so, i could translate what you've written and send it in.

I just sent mine, this is a serious problem Medicom need to fix. Love the toys and figures, love the way they pose, but also notice not every figure are screw in with the same strength. Some are tighter then other. Especially the RAH301 Kai Massive are usually very very tight, afraid to break them every time I pose it. On the other hand, The Croc Snake is very smooth when pose, so smooth to the point it was actually boroken...... emoticon

Medicom really got some Plastic QC to do, or start a revolution, and re-make the RAH figure with a stronger and more reliable joint.

I seriously would not mind pay $5 dollar extra for a more reliable body, cuz they do pose well as long they don't break!! Come on guys, let Medicom hear US out!! Not buying their product isn't gonna help, but when lots of customer start to compliant, eventually they will do something about this!! This is MediWorld, and we love Medicom figures, it's time to make things right!! Medicom!!!

Well Medi always used to reply to my emails pretty quick, but I had no answer to my last few, I don't think they like it when you make it obvious you know they're giving you stock email answers... they think you should be greatfull that they answered you at all.
We deserve better!

I've only had 2 issues with breakages but damn is it a pain in the ass! I think they don't care cause like many have said we still buy their stuff, and extra bodies when they originals break, it's win win for them!!! emoticon
