1/1 Gundam @ Odaiba , Japan


Surprised nobody posted anything about this yet.

A 1/1 scale Gundam was build for Gundam's 30th anniversary.

Check out the two HD video here, one was taken in the day, the other at night.

For now only the head moves.....give Japan a few more years, I'm sure they will be ruling the world with giant robots

Both of those are awesome!

I'm impressed by the Bumblebee as it was made by a couple of fans in their backyard, where as Gundam was prolly a team of dedicated engineers!

I'm supposed to be going to see this tomorrow, but not sure if I'll get a chance - apparently there's going to be some TV show being made around the site and it's going to be packed. Shame. I have never seen Gundam at all but seeing something this amazing would be just brilliant. Can't get over the coolness of it.
