Re: METAL GEAR SOLID LICENCE NOW ACQUIRED BY THREEA?!! Remember Kennyworks Copperhead-18 1/6 figures? Those deep sea diver figures? Those are his next 1/6 Copperhead-18 release, the Sea Monkey. It's a diving suit with a girl operator named Sweet Pea (Sweet Pea is designed by Ashley Wood).

If they make a MG Ray to go along with it... All i can say is wow. Now i need to see what the Mcfarlane/Spawn license is going to produce and 3A might become #1 in my books!

The new MGS: Peace Walker game has his art style mixed into the cutcscenes and it looks amazing. I've been interested in the 3A figs, i really find the style interesting but i've been kinda scared off by the prices, as well as the size (no where to put them!!) But for Rex, i'm all in! Now if they extend into other MGS1 figs, like Snake and company...3A gets my money for the forseeable future (HUGE MGS fan)

Some new info on Rex, it will be made of sturdy ABS plastic, the articulation is supposedly has-to-be-seen-to-be-believed amazing and there will be several different colourways. In fact, this colour of Rex in the pictures was just a place holder, they had to paint it something for the show. Ashley Wood is going to colour Rex whatever he deems fit, but you gotta admit the man does know a thing or two about the MGS world!
