Consider this whenever you buy a Hot Toys figure...
Make sure you check the figure IMMEDIATELY for damage and defects. Even if you were planning on keeping the figure MIB for a while, if you have any sort of inkling that you might open the figure some day, CHECK YOUR FIGURE.
If there is a problem with your figure, Hot Toys' Customer Service claims they will help you out so long as you can show them a picture of the problem and show them a copy of your receipt. The receipt MUST show that you purchased the figure within 30 days or else your 'warranty' on the figure is OVER. If that happens, no matter how nice you are, no matter how obvious that the issue isn't your fault, you're pretty much ****ed as they will just ignore your ass. So make sure you open and check yer HT figures!
