From the photo he looks to be in excellent shape. Apart from the tear in the box, are there any other issues? I just want to make sure that the figure itself isn't scuffed or damaged in any way. I'm not that concerned about the box.

I just checked. He is in very good to excellent condition. Joints are still very tight. I'll be honest, I got this figure off another seller about a year plus ago and I have never played/displayed it bar when I took the picture. So you'll be getting it as good as how I have received it(which is in great condition)
Like I said, the box has a tear at the top flap but overall the box is still in good shape.
Oh, shipping is by registered mail and will take about 10-14 business days to arrive.
Being one of the original and founding members of the site, I think you need not fret about my reputation as an honest guy.
