Re: Sideshow Darth Vader, Storm Trooper & Rebel FLeet Trooper.
the head is a bit loose on the ball joint of the neck piece. you can wrap some cotton ball around the ball joint and the head will be tight...you dont have to do this if you use the normal true type neck piece as the ball joint is bigger and that fit perfectly with the stormtrooper head.
The rest of the body is easy fitting as you would normally do. The tricky part here is the thigh armor. You will find the thigh armor cant go through from the foot. It will stuck at the knee joint. You need to pull out the knee joint from the thigh. Dont worry the knee joint can be taken out from the thigh. Its like the HT predator leg. You then put on the black body spandex. Put in the thigh armor. You will need some force to push it up the thigh for a good fit. Slot back the knee joint and the rest of the armor. For the shoe, you either have to drill the hole a bit bigger for the foot peg to fit or I read in a forum (cant remember which forum) dip it in hot water and then push the peg into the shoe.
I hope the above makes sense to you. If not let me know...

Re: Sideshow Darth Vader, Storm Trooper & Rebel FLeet Trooper.
here are some sharper pictures, not all unfortunately, I wanted to work as much as I could without flash and that's why some are kinda blurry.
This figure is definitely the most imposant of the bunch, and it will even look better when I would iron his cape and especially that undersuit

You can pull the knee out from the thigh. Hold the thigh with one hand and use the other hand grab the knee with the lower part of the leg and pull.
Looks something like this
