Re: Utapau Clone Trooper 212th Battalion
Yep, the helmet is wrong on various levels.
And by putting the screen capture of the clones in the background, makes it even more obvious.

I agree, the sweetest thing about the SS clone is the 2 rifles.

Re: Utapau Clone Trooper 212th Battalion
The helmet design is a joke. Not even close to what it is supposed to look like accuracy wise. but the armor and weapons look ok.

The nose needs to be wider. Something is a little off with the mouth but not as obvious.
The cricles below are definitely inaccurate.

Re: Utapau Clone Trooper 212th Battalion
Doesn't matter. It's not changing. Those of us who supposedly see inaccuracies are wrong. Sideshow says.
Even though there's a mountain of proof showing that Sideshow's sculpt is wrong and nothing to show it's right.
Well except for Lucasfilm's approval and a screencap from the movie where the helmet is barely half an inch and blurry at that.
It's one thing to not care. It's another to tell yourself it's right even though the comparison next to it shows just how wrong it is.
And they say we accuracy nuts can't say when we're wrong.
Well I'll still hope...

Re: Utapau Clone Trooper 212th Battalion
well i expected as much from sideshow. i wonder if the cheerleaders are feeling any pain right now, or whether they're being their usual deluded selves.
i'll still get this coz apart from the inaccuracies i'm hoping it'll be a sweet figure, and looks good to those people who don't know better.
