lolz....the first time I watched appleseed, I was almost fell asleep. Too much talking going on that requires lots of attention in order to understand the whole story.

Im not getting the hot toys version, but I would like to get the Taks version.

Afterall, Taks female figures have always have the best posebility.

But their headsculpt is another matter altogether

The HT Appleseed figures are too expensive IMO.

$150 for Deunan and $200 for Briareos? that's steep.

the CG version should cost less, I hope.

Released date has been announced to be 28 Feb 2008
retail price is 19800yen

Expensive, exactly the same as Hot toys.

No official pics yet, shall decide after the pics are out.

Definately sticking with Takara for appleseed!

You can't go wrong with a CG release

More Pics from toyskingdom.
While the headsculpt is not anime accurate, I really like the CG style head where it looks a little more human realistic.

Costume is pretty well done and you can tell frm the pics that the poseability is not really affected.

No regrets for me in getting this fig.

I can't tell which body suit is better, the Hot Toys or the Takara.
