The pic's look awesome but, I still want to see what Takara will come out with . Also the new one is darn expensive...I might just keep my Tak Bat's and just skip this one altogether.

went up on forbiddenplanet.co.uk this weekend for ... wait for it ... £549!!!. that's $1100. are they frikking serious???!!!!

That is an insane price!!!
My local retailer tells me that the estimated price is something like this
tumbler - SGD $650
batpod - SGD $350
TDK Batman - SGD $220
You guys can probably use it as a gauge and see if the stores are just trying to mark up the price.

lol I will never sell my takara, it is to damn good, just for the head sculp alone!
I will let him stand next to the tumbler  (in the future)

Well, we've said it before. A lot of your more casual collectors either don't know where to look or simply can't be arsed to find the bargain and work out the shipping etc.
You just know they'll sell plenty at that price. Not all of them, but they can drop it later, once they are in stock!
But supply might not meet demand by a long way meaning these things will be changing hands for $2000 in a couple of years from now.

I've just put a order with my HK supplier for 5 Tumblers, he's working out the shipping. I dont think I'm going to like what he's going to say!!
I think I'm in the £500 area!

I have just spoken with my HK supplier,
I think I would be selling them for around £380/£400
My order is open as my brother is sorting it with me as he's in HK at the moment.
I'm in 2 minds about bringing them in.
