there are pictures where you can see the dashboard, and you see there is no tunnel like in the movie.
The tunnel is somewhere in the nose-part, but since there is nog tunnel, I believe battle mode is out of the question

Spoilerish so just highlight the text below only if you really want to know.
The old suit only shows up for one scene in the beginning after that it's the new suit all the way.
You actually cannot see the new suit pattern clearly at all most of the time because of the low key lighting. He might as well have been wearing the old suit.
The cape is hidden in the backpack in the new suit for one scene. Yes, you read that right, the way it works is like the action cape batman.
And the biggest surprise of all, the batpod came out of the tumbler. So in this regard it feels like hot toys screw us cause the batpod should have came with the tumbler not separately.
Finally, the movie is fantastic!!! losts of reference to iconic batman work
