I've finally opened my John Connor. If possible, I wish to confirm a few things with owners:
1. Are the straps really shoddy? It took me forever to get certain parts strapped onto the figure and when I pose the figure, some of them fall off again!
2. And the velcro - they barely stick, if at all!!

or you could sew em' on, like i did with my military figures at times when they do fall off. =D
