Yeah, it's a Mego (the 12" version). I went through 3 or 4 of these when I was a kid and finally picked one up on eBay this year. He's in absolutely flawless condition and I got it for $40 which I consider a steal. I'm going to display him with my Medicom red/blue Spidey when he finally arrives.

You need a Mego Green Goblin and maybe a Mego Lizard to go with him. I thought I recognised him from Wizard's twisted Mego theatre, cool collectible Cheeks emoticon .

The trick to making Superman look cool is displaying him with his head in profile position. From straight on he looks googly-eyed and weird but from the side he's perfect IMO.
