Re: S.H. FiguArts Kamen Riders
Yep, best things about this little guys is price. I even thought of selling all my 1/6 Kamen Riders and just concentrate on this guys....probably save more money in the long run than having to handle breakage issues on a $200 figure.
I stopped buying St. Seiya as well, just too many figures to buy...in fact, I'm not sure if I should just sell off my whole st.seiya collection...but then, it would be a huge lost for me.

Re: S.H. FiguArts Kamen Riders
I know what you mean JuN. Maybe the key is not necessary to buy them all, but just a few? I don't know the answer, seems everytime I have remorse re: buying or spending too much, a few days later I'm buying something else again.
Case in point: I ordered The Next 2, Black, and the Apocalypse Zero guy. Pics to come!

Re: S.H. FiguArts Kamen Riders
Yeah...I'm thinking of cutting down on certain figures, space is another problem as well.
The worst thing about this hobby is, there's always something new & tempting to buy......happens all the time.
Good choices u made! Although The Next 2 & Black have no weapons or accessories, they are very fun to pose and play with.
The Apocalypse Zero guy is a very cool figure, almost wanted to get it but stopped myself from doing so. They are continuing his line with a few more releases, do keep a lookout for them.

Re: S.H. FiguArts Kamen Riders
Thanks JuN! I'm getting sucked down the Figuarts hole... I also ordered Momotaros with furniture set, and Domon. On back order, The Next V1, and Another Agito, and preordered Piccolo as well! Could you keep me in mind if you get any new Figuart release news? Or do you know of a release blog or website that's reliable?

Sure thing Kaido!
Check out their official webby http://www.tamashii.jp/item/itemlist.php?pref=105
News usually get spread faster on the HK forums though, if there are any I'll post them here.

Re: S.H. FiguArts Kamen Riders
If all goes well, I'll be getting my Momo figure tomorrow (with the furniture set). I'm trying HARD not to get all the Imagin figures, but they look really cool. I have a Kintaro (the Axe guy) figure as well. It cost twice as much b/c it's something Tamashii exclusive, whatever that is?

Re: S.H. FiguArts Kamen Riders
tamashii exclusive is just Bandai's cheap marketing tactic.
Similar to a Medicom mailaway. Tamashii exclusive can only be bought online with a japanese residential address, they have exclusives all yr round. Because of that, we poor folks have to pay extra.
Some figures are worth it, some are just straight repaints.

Re: S.H. FiguArts Kamen Riders
Thanks JuN. What do you think of the Kintaro figure then, is it worth it?
Also, I saw another KR figure line, with the armour seems removable. I saw a neat looking Kiva figure, is that any good? It's really cheap tho... like $15.
