It happens. On the French forum Gaellis (the biggest badass guy, who initiated this game and has level 172) 2 weeks ago was beaten in tournament by Pozzi with level 97 lol.

yeah, the thing about this game is that, its all up to chance.
I mean we cant really control what the fighters do & winning or losing is beyond our control despite higher levels or weapons etc...

I lost my last bout today! 
I was a bit too ****y and picked on someone with higher health than I did, but the biggest mistake was he had a sword and he disarmed my club right away! What determines what abilities and weapons you can unlock? I once challenged a dude who had three weapons, but his weapons dealt very minor damage so I was able to beat him...

On the French site the first times I was beaten by others all day long until got to level 5 and more. Then it was my turn to kick some serious ass. From all red statistics of how was I beaten by others I got to full green beating all others. Now it is more balanced at level 21. Just be patient, your time will come  p
