Re: Medicom Snake Part 2 I had a similar problem on my ghostface snake. It ended up being the way the "muscle" piece was glued on at the factory. I ended up heating it up with a blowdryer and peeling it off. The little peg thing didnt line up with the shoulder hole it goes in correctly for the muscle piece to sit properly on his shoulder and not appear out of proportion or unbalanced. So I drimmeled it flat and jus super glued it back on to sit properly. Worked a treat as he looks ace. Hope it helps
Re: Medicom Snake Part 2 Thanks Finn! Just as you said, I'm guessing that it's a misaligned muscle part, and not a broken shoulder (as the shoulder articulates perfectly). However, I'm a bit nervous about taking out the clothes, as I don't want to break anything. Does his black undersuit come off easily? And if so, how do I go about taking it off?
Re: Medicom Snake Part 2 His clothes come off pretty easy. Once you get his harness & jumpsuit off, the black undersuit unzips, tho it is stiched at the bottom of the zip line. You can just pull it off his arms and gain access to his shoulders or just pull it down his legs and ankles if you want to take it all the way off.
Re: Medicom Snake Part 2 Thanks YamuchaSama This is the only MGS character I have done anyway. Not a fan but just having too much time on hand - at that time
Re: Medicom Snake Part 2 Not me... too much other stuff for me to buy. I'm sure all the Snake completists will be adding this figure to their collection though!
Re: Medicom Snake Part 2 Me neither, Kaido. I was a bit on the fence, but then I changed my mind, and canceled my pre-order with Sideshow. In my opinion, Cold War Snake looks like a straight up re-release of Croc Cap Snake (despite the minor difference in the head-sculpt, and uniform).
Since 3A has acquired the MGS license, I'd like to see what they have in store with their figures. Maybe we'll get a lot more MGS characters, besides Snake, with 3A at the helm!
