WELCOME AND THE RULES
Welcome to the MOBICON.org Message Board. This board is provided as a courtesy to MOBICON members and staff. Though the board is a public forum, there is a set of rules that should be followed at ALL TIMES. These rules apply to all, including the staff, Board of Governors, and Board of Directors.
MISCHIEVOUS ACTS
No one may cause or be a part of any activity that would intentionally damage or hinder the MOBICON.org website or message board in any way. Any person or people caught doing so will have their accounts immediately terminated.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
No one may willing or unwilling perform or participate in any illegal active on the message board. This includes but IS NOT LIMITED to:
Posting pirated software or links to sites that provide pirated software.
Posting porn or links to sites that provide porn.
Posting information that condones illegal activities or links to site that provide such information.
Posting indecent material or links to sites with such material.
BEHAVIOR
No one may send ill intent e-mails, replies, or posts to or through the MOBICON web site or message board or any of its members. This site or message board is not a gateway to contact people for hateful or mischievous causes. If you have a personal quarrel with some one, leave out of MOBICON’s presence.
The language and tone of this board is to remain a friendly one. Though the board is not censored heavily for profanity. We do ask that any profane words with a hateful or sexual meaning not be used in any posts, replies, polls, or votes. Other words considered profane may be used in a tasteful manner. MOBICON, Inc. reserves the right of judgment on this matter.
POST OWNERSHIP
All posts and replies on this message board are the sole property of person that posted the information. MOBICON does not give any person or people the right to link, copy, or distribute any information on this message board without the express written permission of the topic or reply owner.
PRIVACY
MOBICON, Inc. will not share, sell, or loan any information about users registered on this message board to any person, people, or organization except in the event that it is need by any law enforcement agency at which time only the requesting agency will acquire the information they request.
