CoastCon 31 is coming--program book ads--

Hello Friends and Fans of CoastCon!
The time is quickly approaching (like THIS WEEK) for ads to be submitted for the CoastCon 31 program book. CoastCon 31 will be held April 11-13, 2008 at the Coliseum.
If you have received this email you are a friend of CoastCon that qualifies for the Fan Group/Merchant/Guest rate for advertisements.
Please consider supporting CoastCon by advertising your event, your fan group, your products, or your websites. Or consider placing a special message of thanks, or a Memorial for a friend (CC31 is dedicated to the memory of Joey Grillot, who passed away recently).
The info you need to create your CC31 Program Book ad is below...and THANK YOU in advance!

Print Ad Deadline:
Thursday, April 3rd (sorry...dates on the calendar are closer than they appear!)
CC31 Program Book Ad Rates for Fans:
$100 Full Page
$60 Half Page
$40 Quarter Page
$300 Back Cover (back cover may be sold - will know by Tuesday)
$150 Inside Covers
Finished Program Book Size:
standard letter size (8 1/2 by 11)
Printing Specs:
Front and Back covers will be printed in color; inside pages will be printed in black and white.
Artwork (created ad) should be submitted in the highest resolution possible (300dpi being the best).
Ad can be submitted as a Word document, Publisher document, PDF, JPEG, or GIF. We would prefer a Word or Publisher document, then PDF, then the image formats.
If you don't have an ad created and are "creatively challenged", I can make one up for you; just send the info and a basic idea of what you want it to look like, and I'll work it up. But you'll have to HURRY!
(Quarter page ads are good for business cards (which are already created) plus a little extra info, like a website or directions, if that helps)
