Present: Don, Wayne, Mike Steelman, Ron, Lisa
Call To Order: 4:46
Committees:
Coordinations-Ron needs to set hotel meeting time with Wayne & Chele, needs contact from Remy, wants to know if since gaming moved can it be 24 hours, needs budget amendments based on hotel fees. Con ops wants to make sure cash box sent with registration stuff.
Registration: discussed budget, badges, and need to smooth handover process at night, discussed process to handle temp badges at night with their own numbering system. Need sign concerning early registration and on website. Discussed handling of volunteer forms. Discussed needs all reg forms for comp badges to reg by pre-reg deadline.
Entertainment-proposing Chase Masterson as guest, discussed other guests & budget
Reminder to everyone if sends email regarding MOBICON to place MOBICON in subject line
Promotions: issues with gmail account passwords, need to talk about email hierarchy
Gaming: Discussed pre-reg sign up for events, possible will get website to help with that and blurbs for events. May use online reg as database with reg’s having a password to do sign ups for events. Tabled discussion until presented to webmaster and see if able and willing to do. Dry Erase boards-discussed with Don and Mobile Infirmary. May be able to get them donated as MI and Remington are throwing away.
