Board Of Directors
October 22, 2006
Call To Order 4:15
Present: Don, Wayne, Ron, Dawn, Jaclyn
Motion to dispense with reading of the minutes Wayne-seconded Ron
Committee Reports-Coordinations-Dawn had questions about mailing of merchant packs. Have envelopes at Wayne & Don’s. Dawn wants to have mailed out by end of November. Hotel visit to be schedule.
Entertainment-waiting on contract from Chase Masterson with adjustments in some wording. Working on next year’s guests and finishing this year’s out.
Promotions-Ad for White Wolf needs to make sure it gets in this year. Rampage’s and TK101’s ad payments not received.
No Registration meeting scheduled yet and Entertainments is scheduled for next week.
Old Business:
Data Base tabled from last meeting. Jaclyn will follow-up with David Spitzer on all concerns for the website from last BoD meeting.
New Business:
Linda Baker and Dawn Fischer, Don Schermerhorn are happy to help with program book.
Motion for Nov/Dec meeting to be combined on December 3 at 4pm at Borderland Relics
