The Mobtown Nights is a Storytelling Troupe running a Vampire the Masquerade Live Action Roleplaying Game at MOBICON X on Friday and Saturday Nights. The Orientation Conclave will begin at 6 p.m. so if you are unfamiliar with how to play Live Action Vampire, it is recommended that you attend. Game time will start at 7 p.m. and will run in real time until dawn on Sunday Morning.
All characters available at the Convention will be Pre-Generated, on a first come, first served basis. There is no fee to play as everything you will need to join the game is covered by your MOBICON pass. You may come by and select your character at any time during the convention by coming by our fan table, our suite, or generally by tracking me town around the Con. I will not be hard to find. As soon as I know our Suite number, I will add it to this post.
For those who would like to jump into the game early with a customized character to use at the convention, The troupe is currently running a regular game in Mobile every other Saturday at a private location. Character Creation starts at 5 p.m. and game time starts at 7 p.m. and usually runs until about Midnight. If you are interested please contact the Storyteller at m.llewellynd@gmail.com

Thankfully Harry Wise will be setting up the RPGA rounds for this year. Harry, and crew, always do a great job having rounds for you to play all weekend.
Info on rounds will be posted as soon as it's known.
Any GMs that want to run a RPGA round can get a rebate. See volunteering section of our website.

Hey Mobtown folks,
I saw where the orientation starts at 6:00 on Friday, but was wondering what time it will end Friday and what the start / finish times are Saturday?
I ask because there are some events I am helping with that may or may not interfere, and I haven't played in years so I would like to participate if scheduling permits.

Our intro to LARP is on 6:00pm Fri. and Sat. They both last no more than one hour and it's game on at 7:00pm till 12:00am and 7:00pm till 12 0r 1 am Sun. morning.
We have pre gen characters to choose from. You can wander in and out of the game. Some people at other events are part of the game as well. We don't want players to wrapped up all night with just larp.
