Waste of taxpayer's dollars (again)
Moe - if you could - would you post the picture of the van from today's PDT?
Seems when an employee from the Solicitor's office was on his last day of employment with the city, the city employees put 3 x 3 post-it notes all over his personal van while he was at lunch. According to the PDT, they were from ALL city employees.
Wasting money again.

normally I would agree that this was a petty complaint and was just more hate being thrown.
However after rereading the article I have to agree with taguritnow the article stated several thousands of post it notes were used. Who footed the bill is Mr. Jones reimbursing the city for these out of pocket?Was all of these employees on lunch break while doing the posting or on the clock? I find it hard to believe that many employees would give up their lunch hour to decorate this mans van

To some, this may seem like a petty thread, but you have to look at the full circle.
Look at the amount of money used on the Post-it notes; look at the time the City employees took to "decorate" the car - ON CITY TIME; look at the time it took for ALL City employees to write little notes - again on City time.
Just a little petty, but if this little bit of abuse is going on - think of all the other that is happening too!!!!
And who foots the bill?? US
Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Post it notes paid for out of pocket to start with, anticipated this thread. Some city employees do think about whose money their wasting. Notes written and placed on vehicle during lunches.
Sincerely hope someone recognizes your contributions some day and you get to appreciate it without an attack by someone. I really do.
Usually do not give directed responses but I'll make an exception, this "is" petty.
