2315 Grandview Basement walls have collapsed exterior walls crumbling
Calls just in 2315 Grandview basement walls have collapsed and the exterior walls of the home are starting to go at this time according to reports received. Moezine Productions is in route to the scene to get video and photographs at this time. Earlier reports received stated over six foot of water in the basement.
Wonder if anyone thought to call Howie Baugman yet/
Posted by request of Claudette as she and Moe were headed out the door enroute to the scene.

In the process of working on pictures.
The south wall of the basement is collapsed.
The foundation has cracks all along that side and appear to be widening.
The floor joists in the basement.....several have gone down.
The lady, Chris Newsome, is in fear of her upstairs floor collapsing and has had to rent a room for the night at a local hotel.
Fifth Ward Councilman, Howard Baughman showed up on the scene and was shown the destruction. He had no official comment to make at this time.

Check the water line on the wall and the curtain
Meter removed because wire and Electric box were under water
Howard Baughman on the scene
I was told by a neighbor that this house had the exact same problem in 1997. The wall had to be fixed by a contractor.

What could be Baughman's angle. Showing up like that he had to have an angle or is he that stupid??? Take a vote? Does he have to close out a cash drawer like the Mayor or do's they have someone do it for them?

another storm looks eminent and tornado warnings have just been issued....for Adams county storm is moving this way.

Hate to be the pessimist here, but if it hits Portsmouth like it looks like it's going to, this poor lady may lose more of her home, if not all of it.
My prayers are with Ms. Newsome!!
