When it comes to the Portsmouth Daily Crime I have come to expect hogwash and bullsh!t. Why would you expect anything else. As for Frank , he's just a guy kicking out so many word on a page to get a pay check.
Now as for you Trent--you know better. You were elected by the citizens of this town to watch out for their interest. You should be ashamed. But then you got a $10,000.00 pay raise and came back whining for more. I don't think you can be shamed.

Recall time. The pay is high enougn now, with all the
huge raises Trent has received, to get an honest person to run that office.
Trent should get his hands out of our pockets and be off our payroll. Recall is in order
Trent Williams was a vital part of the $2,000,000 fraudulent
purchase of the Martings Building, and has been
corrupt from the beginning. Also, he hasn't learned what his duties are after nine years in office.
Trent does what he is ordered to do. He and our puppet Mayor Jim Kalb take orders from same RICO criminals who control this dying city.

My opinion is... Trent knows that he can not be re-elected to this office! IMO... and this is derived from the conversations with citizens of Sciotoville about Trent and his job performance as auditor and his latest pay increase request! They overwhelmingly are not supporting him in the next election for auditor! Now, add the fact that he was a main character in the Martings Building Scam in the bond procurement of obtaining the $2,000,000.00 that was used to buy the Martings Building. Creating bonds without an actual purpose of use!
The loss of support within the 6th Ward would in my opinion... make it difficult to obtain other employment opportunities that he might be considering as well! If you know what I mean!
Something else that has always kind of bothered me is... Why do schools get audited by the State of Ohio but, municipal entities are not! They can be audited by private accounting firms. Kind of strange if you ask me.
Is this common practice with all municipal government? I don't know that at this present time! If I was to guess... I would say; "Yes it is!" As horrible as this may sound; it is what it is and they are what they are!
Devious! That's with a capital "D"!
Of course that is just my opinion and thoughts!

Devious applies to many of our elected officials and most of their appointeds. Example...a look at how the council members continue to ignore the citizens and place there own people in office over the citizens desires. (Merean-Haas) All about control and theft, not democracy.
As to recall? That is one way of going but, why not at election time? Otherwise, all they do is appoint their own as has been shown. Get a qualified canidate whom will actually campaign for the job and trust me, it will not be difficult to send Trent packing as should be done.
