How to reset the compass
This is best done in an open area, without tall buildings.
There's a small 'S' button next to the compass - hold this button in for a few seconds, until the compass display clears, then starts to flash. Take your finger off the button...
Put the Pajero on full lock and drive slowly in a full 360 degree circle. If this doesn't work, repeat this in the opposite direction.
If there's no open space, some members have reported success after driving around a roundabout, or completing the circle through several forward and reverse maneuvers.
