Re: meets

One of the advertisers is offering members the chance of a FREE MEET with clay pigeon shooting, BBQ etc. If you are a paid up member, you'll have seen the details in the monthly club magazine.

The meet details are often in the magazine, but it looks like Ray has forgotten to post on here...
He's been looking for someone to organise a meets for this year.. are you offering? emoticon His contact details are ON THIS LINK

Re: meets

Hi
I really cannot understand the member who said we don't have meets or Rallies. I have been trying to arrange a rally for the last 10 Mags and no one has as yet come up with a firm suggestion. We have even been offered a free day or weekend, at one of our advertisers Farm, he has also laid on for us a B B Q rifle shoot etc etc and a bouncy castle for the children if any come. So either he does not read his Mag or he is not a member.
Also if he is so concerned about his £10.00 please remember he gets 12 Free Mag a year.

Re: meets

If you wish to organise a camping weekend please do so, feel free to write into the Mag ( please see address on 1st page of mag) with your advert / letter and i would get it pulished for you and if any club member is interested they will reply direct to you or through the club. It has always been known through the club that any member could organise a rally or a get together off their own backs with full club backing ie advertising in the mag so it reaches all club members. As Ray mentioned in a couple of mags and on here, we have had an very generous offer from one of our Advertisers John that members could have a FREE weekend or day at his farm with activities and bbq.

Re: meets

Hi All,
I would like to point out to members lucky enough to gave internet access, that a large section of our membership DO NOT have this amenity.
This is why I put in the Mag month after month about Rallies, letters, etc etc.
As Rich says we will print anything you ask so long as it is legal.
