I'm not entirely sure what exactly they want (other than spec fic), but the terms are nice:
10k max word limit, payment 2 cent per word plus contributor's copy and a share of the earnings, deadline Nov. 15th (watch the reading period, don't submit too early).
It might be worth sending in your more literary type of stories just to see how well they'll do.
