I sent it off to my agent this morning, even though I'm not happy with their communication skills. Still, it beats submitting to publishers on my own.

From what I've read a lot of publishers won't even look at a manuscript that isn't submitted through an agent, QS2.

Soooooo, my agent got back to me on my novel, after some prodding.
The story and pacing are okay. What he doesn't like is my 1st person PoV. He says it's inconsistant and needs much work. He also said he can't place my novel the way it is now.
*sigh*
Right now, I do not want to go through an editing phase, but I guess I will later this year. I still believe it's the best novel I've written so far, and I'll put in work to make it publishable.
