Hehe!
First I call up my friend (and editor) Robert and brag to him. Then I take the night off.
Then I go back and do the final edit. (If you haven't already.) This is mostly for fun, since there's not that much left to change if I consider it "done".
Then... I start on a new project! Or, knowing me, continue one of the other five that I've got hanging around unfinished.

Celebrate!
Seriously, it's worth it. Celebrate with your family and friends, they deserve it, too, because they missed you while you wrote.
Then, after a few days, do an edit run. And then send it to your agent, or to publishers. 
After that, like Reythia said, start a new project.
And now: Congrats for finishing! Well done, what an archievement!
