a favour, to encourage the young

Since I visited for the first time today it might seem out of line for me to request a favour, but this isn't for me or even family of mine: a young son of an online friend has gone to a lot of work to build a really beautiful message board called Realm of Magic, but it has gone almost completely unnoticed. I think it would be really wonderful if some of you would pop in, even once, to get him started. He has put so much work into the graphics (blows my board off the web!) and he is very determined to stay in character. Thanks to any who visit him:

The board has some fairly neat features, yeah. I'm not all to much into fantasy, so I can't help all that much out in it. Collecting permanent members on boards is pretty hard overall. Slow going really and you tend to have to keep people talking once you have some come by, else they forget to visit after a time. emoticon

Yes, I agree, I've had a Rush board for months and finding people is very difficult. Understandably, they'd rather go to where they will find a lot of people right away, but at large boards I get tired of being lost in the shuffles, questions and comments unnoticed. I usually seek out smaller groups

He should definitely advertise on The Runboard Directory.

Good luck for his board, but I'll lock this thread. I'd rather not attract more advertising for other boards.
