A cat would be nice indeed. Sadly, it would have to be an indoor cat, and I'd have to put webbing on the balcony so it couldn't fall out. 20m straigt down is a bit hard for a cat to survive.

I'm already visualizing my house, and that would certainly offer room for a cat, and maybe even a dog. And a horse!

Actually.... as long as the cat lands properly on its feet, even a 20 meter fall is quite survivable for a cat. emoticon
