MESSAGE BOARD SAFETY PROTOCOL
For your privacy we recommend you turn off your Private Message (Inbox) option. You also have the option to ignore certain members too. These settings are found in your Control Panel Miscellaneous Options Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns.Thank You. femfree
1. This site discusses extreme and dangerous mental health pathologies. For the safety of our members do not provide information on this site to your Ns or Ps.
2. Mental health sites can attract people with mental disorders. Therefore, develop a healthy suspicion interacting on the message board, PMs or chatroom.
Your managers have many years of experience spotting potential troublemakers and we want you to know that we will eliminate them as quickly as possible. We appreciate your assistance - send a PM to femfree or email to femfree@yahoo.com if you have a concern. Thank You!!

How to pick a 'safe' membername - think animal, vegetable, mineral - eg coppercarrot, silvertiger, zinczebra etc.
3. NEVER disclose personal information - phone #, address, email etc. Nobody would ask for this information unless they were targeting you in some way. Do not pick a member name that could identify you.
4. How to Handle Uncomfortable or Abusive situations - immediately and permanently discontinue interaction with the person, alert the managers with a copy (if you can) of the improper discussion. Please give us a roadmap with a link to the offending message thread or indicate if it was by PM/chatroom/or other venue. Please indicate which message is the problem and why.
Let us know the time and details for PM/chatroom issues as best you can so we can pass this information to the runboard staff. We will deal with your concerns as promptly as we can.
5. Take notice of anybody who appears too flattering, interested, needy, dysfunctional, helpful or too friendly - these are key red flags. Do not be drawn into the chaos of somebody else's life.
6. Anybody who (annoys, abuses, harasses) our members will be permanently banned with no explanation. Our hosts at runboard will be provided with the details for their action. No exceptions. This is our policy for our member's protection.
6. Read the forum policies page for additional information.
Be safe and be aware, enjoy and learn.

--- Children? They don't want presents, they just want to see your face light up when they come in the room.
