Troubleshooting - PM's

Hey Lynn and Femfree - I have a question regarding my inbox and I can't figure it out for the life of me.

My inbox currently has '0' messages. When someone tries to PM me, they say it bounces back and says my inbox in full even though it says I have no messages at all. I also get email notifications that I have a PM, but cannot view it.

Any ideas?

HI. Try checking the setting in your profile in your Conrol Panel Miscellaneous Settings to see if it's set to receive messages. Members can deactivate it so it may be turned off. That's all I can suggest.
