Is there a way I can upload a music file to the forum?
So that Selly in Australia can hear Nancy Lamott sing "help is on the way"?

I don't know, but you know I'll find out.

Re: Is there a way I can upload a music file to the forum?
OK, twenty twenty, here's what I have found out. You can't attach files directly to posts. They have to be remotely hosted elsewhere first.
There are media hosting sites out there that work like photobucket does for image files which might work to do this, but the other thing that enters into it (and runboard is pretty stringent about this, regardless of the kind of media or image it is) is copyright laws, which pretty often get ignored on the net, especially on music.
Uploading music files to a site is probably in most cases a copyright violation unless you have permission of the copyright holder and if that's not the case, it's not allowed.
The best you can do is provide a valid link as you have already done.
That's the word from the support forums.

Lynn
