It's been awhile

I haven't posted for a long time, but wanted to give an update and possibly some hope to someone out there that you CAN rebuild a life and find peace again.

I'm still in the rebuilding phase, grant it, and I feel like I won't be complete with that until I have my children back with me (they currently reside with a brother of mine and his wife) but the plan is this coming summer.

I just got my nursing license in the mail TODA
Y! I've been working on having it reinstated since April - ended up having to jump through a lot of hoops, a lot of paperwork, CEU's, legal documents, even a letter from my therapist, even resat for the boards last week (passed to my shock) and now just got it officially in the mail today.

This is such a huge step for me, and I am so thankful to be where I am at!

It's taken me a year to get to this point, emotiounally, and another year before I can rebuild, financially, enough to be able to have the children back with me, but at least I've been able to heal and move on ...

there is life after a P - and what a beautiful one it is...sending loving thoughts to all who are in the struggle; don't give up on you!

I remember your heartbreaking story.

You sound so good and have posted such an encouragement.

I can't wait to celebrate the return of your children to their loving mother!
