I am not only to this site but also to the realization that I have been married to a Narcisstic Abuser. I asked him to leave over a month ago, then filed for divorce to protect my assets (which he had gone through at break neck speed over the last 2 years). I relate to ALL that's been posted here, still in disbelief, my heart has been left in pieces and I don't know how to recover. I go through spurts of NO CONTACT but evetually he gets to me or even more distressig...I break down and contact him. I feel like a fool, I feel like begging him, I feel angry, I feel desparate to "make things okay" between us. I hate him, I don't kow how to live without him.
At this point, I am just as sick as he is...I can't deal with the fact that I am in SO MUCH PAIN over this man...scared I will never recover and go on. As all of you, my life has been turned upside down, I'm trying to make sense where there is no sense to be made. I am NOT DOING WELL and don't know how to hold on! I have a ten year old daughter...
