A Survivor's Anthem

Blessings and healing to everyone here.

Take good care of yourself first.

Be kind to yourself above all, as you would a little child.

But also, understand that moral character, or the lack of, is critical to our lives.

Image

Image

Draw your boundaries firmly and do not cross them or allow others to do so in your life.

Be humble in the face of life's difficulties.

Trust that you will receive the help you need..

Image

but be cautious about believing you understand everything

or that you can fix it in order to have what you want...

because that isn't optimism or hope...

it is arrogance.

Image

Image

Don't take on any blame for what others do...

but be ruthlessly honest with yourself about what you do...

your motives..

your immaturity...

your own superficiality.

Image

It is the only real power you will ever have.
