When N and I got together, I watched as his son pulled off the boldest, cruelest, things imaginable. My thoughts at the time was "Doesn't anybody ever say NO to this guy?"

I did it I moved and I am happy!!!!! So far I haven't even missed the kids. It has only been a week I know and too soon to know how much I will miss them, I know they are 200 miles away. I lived here for 36 years and have many friends. They have all let me know they are here for me. They love me without conditions. I am settled in and my grandson is with me. We are okay. I feel more peace and contentment that I have since my husband died in 1995. If she can hurt me now it is from afar and I can deal with it. I lived with the devil now there is peace. I don't know how long it will last but for now I am happy!!! I am going to stay tuned in here just in case. Again thanks for your help.

I know the relief you feel! A couple of years ago after a lull in my Nsister's antics my husband and I decided to move to my hometown to spend time with my parents and grandmother. He was retired and I'm on disability. I've lived away from my hometown for all of my adult life. The first couple of months were heaven! Then when the devil herself showed we regretted our decision. When the sale of our home fell through because the folks couldn't get a loan, we took our house off the market and jumped at the chance to return to our good life and good memories. No looking back wishing things had been different. Now, I'm grateful that I got to see my Nsister up close and personal. If not, I think I'd still be trying to convince her that I'm not an evil person.

Hi! It has been a month since I arrived in my new N free home. My son calls me every week and even lets me talk to the g-kids. He is amazed but, happy that I am getting along so well. I had an unforseen problem come up. My DIL's grandmother lives here and we have always been friends. She came over after I got settled and we had a nice visit. She asked me to lunch and I agreed. Aftrewards I worried that anything we talked about no matter how innocent would get back to my DIL and creat more problems. Such as stop me from having the g-kids when they were up here. I decided to hell with it, I don't care what she does, says or thinks. If it becomes necessary I will take her and my son to court for grandparents visition I am happy, content and for the first time in 15 years I feel peace. Thanks again for being here when I need you
