Re: I'm fat

I got the book today and I am already half way through it. Wow, this is REALLY helpful! Also go to realage.com. Take the test and it will show you step by step what positive changes you need to make in your life. It even went so far as to ask me questions about the back of my vitamins and then gave me the required mg's that I am suppose to be taking.

All I can say is that I highly recommend this book!!!

Hi Daisy!
Your co worker is an idiot lol..take no notice of her..some people{sigh}

Thankyou for the Realage Website,it is really good and they even have exercise videos on there..they are only 20mins long,so it's just right for someone starting out!

I am definitely going to keep an eye out for the book as well.

Re: I'm fat

Hi Daisy,
I'm right on the overweight/obese line.
Since 2006, I lost 25 pounds. In the last 2 months, the fat cells have been creeping back, expanding, multiplying-whatever they do. I went off the wagon for a while and lost focus. I am going to always have to fight this. And just can't give up!
Everyone is different and has different metabolic/genetic/environmental issues. We have to find out what works for us individually.

I can tell you what took the 25 pounds off for me. It's difficult at first, but the appetite will subside after about 2 weeks. I keep the rules simple: approx.500 calories per meal. 3x/day. Those 500 calories can't be crap. I'm eating mostly whole grain carbs, lean protein, and fresh vegs and fruits. You get even blood sugar with even amount of calories thoughout the day, and your appetite will go down. Another interesting thing. My menstrual period is very regular now, and much shorter in duration.
I take a daily walk, too. This helps me to think clearly as well as lose the fat.
Good luck finding what works for you. It's not easy, but so worth it when the pounds (or kilos) start to drop.

Your not fat, your cuddly.

Just more of you to love.

Do you tend to eat more when you are stressed??
Are you stressed about your weight??
